WHAT?
Candace, a practicing contract attorney, and Dustin, a cybersecurity expert, will review how to protect your firm and your clients' data when negotiating contracts for technology services such as the cloud and eDiscovery. We'll review common gotchas in tech contracts to watch out for, such as vendors’ usage of other third-party services and how they protect your data. In the second half, we'll review how vendors are integrating AI, and how to safeguard your confidential data when it comes to third-party AI.
