Currently Seeking: Human Resources and Team coordinator
We are currently seeking a motivated human resource or administrative professional to join our legal operations team. The ideal candidate is someone who prioritizes client satisfaction, is familiar with benefits administration, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced collaborative startup environment. A strong background in office operations and basic human resource functions is preferred.

As a part of our legal operations team, you will be a vital part of ensuring the successful support of numerous law firms’ daily operations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Legal Operations Manager, this role will support the following day-to-day operations:
Human Resources
Benefits administration including retirement plan and employee insurance benefits
Compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, and other applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.
Staff and attorney recruiting
Event planning and marketing to support firm operations
Recruiting for position vacancies
Information Technology
Works closely with Clear Guidance IT and external vendors, as needed to support client use of existing and future computer and hardware and software systems
Legal Operations Team Administration
Assists the legal operations team in supporting 10+ law firms’ daily operations
Monitor client requests and dispatch appropriate resources
Data entry and communication log management
Key Skill Requirements:
2 years of office experience
2 years of HR or benefits administration experience a plus
Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and possesses the ability to complete challenging assignments with a high level of confidentiality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Eager to be part of a team where individual talents, skills, and interests are valued.
Proven self-starter with a track record of taking initiative
Education
• Associate or bachelor level studies related to business management or a related field, preferred
Position Information:
Full-time hourly position
Must be in the Austin Metro Area
Primarily remote but occasional site visits in the Austin metro area (average 1x/week) may be required
Pay starts at $18/hour and is dependent on experience
Hours of Operation:
Our office is open from 8 am to 6 pm Monday thru Friday. For this role, you will average less than 45 hours per week. When you log off for the day, we expect that you will completely disconnect from job-related duties until the next workday begins.
